Yarmouth Veterinary Center routinely does housecalls. In fact, our practice started as housecalls-only in 1986, and we never stopped doing them. We travel from the greater Portland area to the greater Brunswick area, and on occasion have gone further.

Routine health exams are a common reason for housecalls; so are pets that do not travel well, or that become particularly stressed in an animal hospital. A very sad reason, but very important reason for a housecall is euthanasia.
